1.What is the conference registration fee?
The event registration fee for Partner Tech Engage is typically US$1,495.00 and again for 2010, the fee will be waived for the invited partners; however compliance with the event policies is required.

2. When will registration including registration for classes/labs begin?
Event registration will open the week of September 1st.  Notifications will be sent out to attendees reminding them of event/classroom registration.

3. What is the deadline to cancel my registration without penalty?
Partners who register but need to cancel may do so without penalty until October 1.  Any cancellations after October 1 will be charged a US$150.00 cancellation fee.

4. How do I book my flight reservations?
Please use your company’s resources to make your flight arrangements.  Payment of airfare is the responsibility of the attendee.

5. How do I book my hotel reservation?
You must book your stay at the MGM Grand hotel and make necessary hotel arrangements through the conference registration website.  The exclusive negotiated MGM Grand room rate  for the conference is $119 per night (plus tax).

6. I want to extend my stay, will the Symantec rate still apply?
If you would like to extend your stay at the MGM pre or post conference, expect the hotel rate to vary based on hotel space and rate availability. You may submit your pre/post hotel dates request during registration or email WTS_PTE@symantec.com.

7. How do I make changes to my existing hotel reservation?
If your travel plans should change, it is critical that you update your arrival/departure dates via the conference registration system.  You have until the date of registration close, October 1 to make any changes. Any changes after October 1, should be emailed to WTS_PTE@symantec.com . Please note:  It is your responsibility to manage your arrival/departure dates.  An invoice for any no show fees incurred will be sent to you for payment.
