Event Fee, Hotel & Cancellation Policy

Event Fee
The event registration fee of US$1495.00 will be waived for the invited partners. As part of this complimentary attendance offering, the partners will be required to comply with a few event attendance policies:

  • All partner invitees must acknowledge the existing Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) between Symantec and their organization as part of the registration process.
  • Partners will be responsible for their own travel expenses including hotel accommodations, air travel to and from Las Vegas and any travel incidentals. Partners may partake and enjoy all conference provided food and beverage.
  • Partners must stay at the MGM Grand hotel and make necessary hotel arrangements through the conference registration process. The exclusive negotiated rate at the MGM Grand room rate is $119 per night (plus tax).

Cancellation Policy
Partners who register but need to cancel may do so without penalty until October 1.  Any cancellations after October 1 will be charged a US$150.00 cancellation fee.

Hotel Room Guarantee
Your hotel room will be guaranteed to the Symantec Master Account for your arrival. Upon check-in, you will be required to present a credit card for your hotel costs including nightly room rate, tax and incidentals. If you do not show, and did not cancel your reservation, an invoice for the hotel no show and event cancellation fee will be sent to you.
