EC's online sign-in and order forms require users to provide contact information (such as their name and e-mail address), unique identifiers (such as a password and username) and/or financial information (such as account and/or credit card numbers).

EC merely manages this data for its clients and has no control over how the event planner(s) or promoter(s) choose to use it or what they do with it.
