We are pleased to announce that the meeting will be held Thursday, January 4 through Saturday, January 6 at the brand-new InterContinental Boston. Our design team is once again busy working on an exciting agenda that will include educational presentations, guest speakers, entertainment and much more. In addition, you'll have ample opportunity to network with our sponsoring hospitality partners as well as meet other area meeting planners in the insurance and financial services industries. We hope you'll join us!

Registration fee for planners is $100.00 which includes business sessions, hotel room on Thursday and Friday nights, planned activities and all planned meals.

We'd like to extend a special "Thank You" to all our sponsors who have helped to make this event possible, in particular The InterContinental Boston.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you would like to stay in Boston for the weekend, the InterContinental is graciously offering a discounted rate of $119 for Saturday night.  If you are planning to stay for the additional night, please indicate this when you register for your hotel room.

Please be sure to register before December 29, 2006. No refunds will be issued after December 29, 2006. Dress for the meeting is business casual.
