We are excited to announce that this year's Northeast ICPA Winter Chapter Meeting will be held at The Fairmont Copley Plaza, Boston, MA from Thursday, January 6 - Saturday, January 8, 2005. Our design team is busy planning a meeting that will focus on the issues you have told us that are important to you. Although the agenda is still in its planning stages, we can assure you that the meeting will include an educational component, a glimpse of Boston and various networking opportunities with our sponsors. This is also a perfect time to build relationships with other area planners and hospitality partners and to support your local ICPA Chapter.
Once again, the registration fee for planners will be $75.00, which will include two nights at The Fairmont Copley Plaza, planned activities and all planned food and beverage. Air and/or ground transportation will be the responsibility of the attendee. The hotel has extended a special rate of $129.00 for those who need additional nights at the hotel (1 day pre/post). If you do require additional nights at the hotel, please contact Karyn Rizzo at (781) 446-3273 as soon as possible.
