Jeff Kline

Jeff Kline is an accomplished entrepreneur with a successful track record spanning two decades in software product development, office automation, and Internet technology. As CEO and President, he provides operational guidance and strategic vision for all aspects of Accrisoft business development and operations, including engineering, marketing, and sales.

Jeff built his career in information technology over the course of two decades, holding senior management positions in critical areas of business development, software product development, office automation, and Internet technology. He launched his career in 1982 at the Burroughs Corporation in Cleveland, Ohio. After several promotions he became manager for the Southeast United States. In this role, Jeff was responsible for developing direct and indirect sales channels in the southeastern United States.

In 1986, Jeff co-founded Adcom Corporation, a customer-driven company that specialized in providing total office automation solutions. As CEO of Adcom, he pioneered the development of the totally integrated office concept. Then, in 1990, Inc. Magazine recognized Adcom as the 151st fastest growing company in the United States. In 1996, Danka Industries acquired Adcom.

In 1999, Jeff established Accrisoft Corporation as a standalone company with the release of Accrisoft Freedom Web empowerment software.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. An expert in leveraging the Internet for business success, Jeff is a frequent guest speaker on content management systems, personalized news, Web analytics and other critical topics.




Raymond Boggs
Vice President, Small/Medium Business Research

Mr. Boggs has a diverse background in the communications, computer, and office automation industries as well as consumer and channel research. At IDC he manages the U.S. Small and Medium Business Research Program and the Small and Medium Business: Global Overview program which coordinates IDC's SMB market research on a global basis.

As part of his work, Mr. Boggs directs survey research, forecasting, and market analysis for advanced telecommunications, personal computing, networking and office automation technology, including hardware, software and services, designed for small and medium-sized businesses. Research includes identifying key attributes of key customer groups, by company size, industry, and attitude segment and has focused on tracking changing customer channel preferences, and evaluating alternative strategies in response to competitive developments. Boggs has consulted extensively on changing distribution trends for advanced technology products and the emerging communications and networking needs of small and home-based enterprises.

Prior to joining IDC he established and managed the first research program to focus exclusively on the small business market while at BIS Strategic Decisions (now part of Forrester Research). He also served in the technology group at Response Analysis/Roper Starch Worldwide in Princeton, NJ where he examined the changing role of advanced computing and communications technology in small businesses and home offices.

Mr. Boggs is a past winner of IDC's James Peacock Award for Research Excellence, the company's highest research honor. He has written for major trade and general business publications and is regularly quoted in Business Week, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times. He has been a featured speaker at the Consumer Electronics Show and other industry events. He has served as a guest lecturer at the Anderson Graduate School of Business at UCLA. Boggs completed his undergraduate work at Hamilton College and has earned graduate degrees from Brown University and the Boston College Carroll School of Management.




CJ McClanahan

CJ McClanahan is the President of reachmore, a small-business and executive leadership coaching firm. CJ has coached almost 200 clients in a variety of industries and disciplines to improve their business from the inside out, so that it runs without them.

After beginning his career with Arthur Andersen where he helped organizations utilize technology to improve their business processes, CJ shifted his focus toward the small business. He served as the Director of Finance and Operations for a medium sized ($12 million annual revenue) manufacturing organization and as a Director of Sales and Business Development for a global software company ($20 million in annual revenue).

CJ began his consulting career as a licensed business coach with Action Coach and was soon recognized as one of the top business coaches in the United States. He was named the "Rookie of the Year" and "Coach of the Year" in his territory and was recognized nationally with the "Action Man of the Year" award.

CJ writes a column on leadership for the Indianapolis Business Journal and hosts central Indiana's premiere radio program for entrepreneurs - Lets' Talk Business (Sundays at noon on 1430, WXNT).

CJ is an active leader in his community having served as the President of the Penrod Society and Rainmakers, the fastest growing business development organization of its kind in the US. CJ was also named to the 2006 class of the Indianapolis Business Journal's "40 under 40" recognizing the up and coming business leaders in central Indiana.




Tracy Earles

Eric Elkins

Kiyoshi Maeda

As president and chief executive officer, Mr. Maeda brings more than 25 years of international business management and telecommunications expertise to NTT Communications Group's US subsidiary, Verio Inc., where he directs the strategy and business growth of the company. Under his leadership, Verio Inc. has established its sole and exclusive focus on the delivery of online business services to small and midsized companies both in the US and around the world.

Mr. Maeda serves on Verio's board of directors, as well as on that of NTT America, where he is also an executive vice president. Additionally, he is a member of the boards of directors of a number of other subsidiaries and affiliates of NTT Communications.

Mr. Maeda has been with NTT Communications, since 1999, initially serving as director of global business development for the company's Arcstar Global Network Business Division, and later moving to the company's Corporate Planning Department as director of Group Strategy. Before joining NTT Communications, Mr. Maeda spent 20 years with Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan Limited, where he held various managerial positions, most recently serving as joint general manager of the International Finance Division.

Mr. Maeda holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Waseda University, and master of management from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.




Steve Renda

Steve Renda brings to Verio more than 20 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications industries, and lead's Verio's worldwide direct, wholesale and channel sales strategy and operations, as well as the company's business development and marketing efforts.

Prior to joining Verio, Renda served as the senior vice president of sales and marketing for MX Logic, where he was responsible for growing the company's managed security services in North America, Europe and Asia. Renda also led the company through multiple product launches and established its software-as-a-service (SaaS) delivery strategy and partnership programs.

Renda's background in software and managed services includes an extensive tenure at Sprint Corporation, where he developed a broad general management background including leadership roles in engineering, product development, marketing, strategic planning, finance and sales.

Renda also has a strong background in corporate development, working as vice president of marketing and corporate development for WiFi manufacturer Vivato Networks, as well as co-founding Vistard, Inc., a start-up company that delivered wide-area broadband wireless network services.

Renda holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley Haas School of Business and received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.




Gus Salamoun

As Senior Vice President of Global Service Delivery, Gus Salamoun bring over 20 years of Demonstrated Success in IT Leadership to Verio. In this role, Salamoun leads Verio's Customer Care and Operations teams to further enhance the overall Verio customer experience as well as the successful deployment and support of Verio's products worldwide.

Salamoun joins Verio from SITA, where he served as the Vice President of Global Operations and Information Technology Services. In this role he was responsible for leading customer support efforts, system installation processes, data-center management and application services both domestically and abroad. While at SITA he greatly improved the overall support process which resulted in faster response times and higher overall customer satisfaction levels. Salamoun also held additional executive management positions at SITA including Vice President of Solutions Engineering and Director of Infrastructure and Desktop Solutions. Salamoun also spent time at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) as Senior Technical Architect and where he oversaw IT Operations and led client engagements for delivering ERP and Security solutions to key accounts. Prior to EDS, he held roles at some of the world's premier companies and educational institutions including: Bell Sygma, SHL Systemhouse, InfoPro Canada, Sargent and Lundy, Concordia and Notre Dame University.

Salamoun holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Kentucky and an Executive Certificate in Leadership and Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has also conducted post graduate studies and research in Business Administration (Management Information Systems) at the University of Concordia.




Toshi Yamasaki

As Senior Vice President of Global Development and Products, Toshiyuki Yamasaki brings more than 15 years of experience in the technology sector to Verio. Yamasaki leads Verio's product teams in the selection, development and management of the company's product lines and has been instrumental in building out Verio's shared and virtual hosting product line, navigating Verio's move into the Software as a Service market and developing next-generation solutions for the SMB hosting market.

Prior to joining Verio, Yamasaki served parent company, NTT Communications, as a Senior Director and held multiple management positions including: corporate strategy planning, IP Network and Server Operations management and the Global IPv6 initiative. Yamasaki holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Human Interface and Cognitive Psychology, and a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Modern Automatic Control Engineering from Kyoto University. Yamasaki is also the co-author of IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) RFC 4241, which defines the IPv6 broadband access specification model. He also holds a number of patents in new information matching methods via emails and new data channel control methods for ISDN systems, as well as for other IP security-related patents in the US, Japan and the EU.
